Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения концентрата сывороточных белков с уменьшенным содержанием лактозы из образца молочной сыворотки, при этом указанный концентрат характеризуется тем, что он содержит концентрацию лактозы ≤ 0,5 г на 1 кг белков молочной сыворотки, а также к указанному концентрату, который получается указанным способом, и к пищевым продуктам, которые содержат указанный концентрат.
