Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу гидрогенизации сырого исходного газа, включающему этапы а) реакции сырого газа в присутствии материала, обладающего каталитической активностью при гидрогенизации кислорода и/или олефинов, и являющегося адсорбентом HS, и b) отвода нагретого очищенного газа, при этом указанный сырой газ содержит по меньшей мере 10 ч./млрд, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 20 ч./млрд, наиболее предпочтительно по меньшей мере 50 ч./млрд примеси серы, такой как HS или COS, и по меньшей мере 0,1%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 0,2%, наиболее предпочтительно по меньшей мере 0,5 об.% одной или более примесей из группы Oи CH, и при этом температура каталитически активного материала является достаточно высокой для того, чтобы концентрация примесей серы и указанной одной или более дополнительных примесей в указанном очищенном газе была более чем в два раза ниже концентрации в указанном сыром газе. Данный способ имеет преимущество удаления многих нежелательных примесей из сырого газа в одном реакторе, при этом сохраняя температуру на выходе из реактора на достаточно низком уровне, чтобы избежать образования спиртов.
