Abstract

Изобретение относится к новому соединению или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли, ингибирующим активность фермента 11β-HSD1, к способу получения такого соединения и к фармацевтической композиции, включающей такое соединение в качестве активного ингредиента. Поскольку соединение по настоящему изобретению селективно ингибирует активность 11β-HSD1 (11β-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназа типа 1), соединение по настоящему изобретению можно эффективно использовать в качестве терапевтического средства для лечения заболеваний, вызванных чрезмерной активацией 11β-HSD1, таких как инсулиннезависимый диабет II типа, инсулинорезистентность, ожирение, липидное расстройство, метаболический синдром и другие заболевания или состояния, опосредованные чрезмерной активностью глюкокортикоида.
