Abstract
Изобретение относится к системе и способу для полностью сухой обработки отходов железной руды от предыдущих горнодобывающих операций, которые пригодны для обработки отходов, хранящихся как в отстойниках, так и в отвалах. Изобретение решает проблемы процессов магнитной сепарации, в котором используется мокрый способ с обезвоживанием, устраняется риск попадания твердых отходов в удерживающие отстойники, при этом в этой системе и при этом способе содержание влаги в руде снижают с помощью сушилки с механическим перемешиванием, работающей на природном газе для предотвращения загрязнения, затем отходы сортируют на разные фракции и, наконец, подвергают магнитной сепарации, при том что процесс является полностью сухим.
