RESUMO Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA E PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAÇÃO A SECO DE FINOS DE ÓXIDO DE FERRO A PARTIR DE ROCHAS COMPACTAS E SEMICOMPACTAS PORTADORAS DE FERRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e a um processo para recuperação a seco de finos de óxido de ferro a partir de rochas compactas e semicompactas portadoras de ferro que compreende meios de britagem primária (5), secundária (6) e terciária (7, 7') para redução preliminar de granulometria de minérios contendo os finos de óxido de ferro em rochas compactas e semicompactas; meios de moagem fina (10, 10', 21) dos minerais de óxido de ferro reduzidos nas britagens primária (5), secundária (6) e terciária (7, 7'), providos de aeroclassificador dinâmico (3.5, 4.6, 5.4); meios de aeroclassificação estática (11, 12, 13) dispostos em série para cortes granulométricos intermediários e filtros de manga (14) para retenção de fração fina; e meios de separação magnética (15, 16, 17), com rolos magnéticos (71, 72, 73) dispostos em cascata em um ângulo de inclinação variável, e formados por imãs de baixa e / ou alta intensidade magnética.
