Abstract
Изобретение относится к монофиламентной металлической режущей проволоке (10) для проволочной пилы, причем режущая проволока представляет собой металлическую проволоку, имеющую диаметр D и содержащую спиральные зубцы (104) с амплитудой А и длиной волны В, отличающейся тем, что длина волны В меньше 10000-кратного произведения амплитуды на диаметр (А × D), а амплитуда А составляет от 0,010 до 0,400 диаметра D, причем значения выражены в миллиметрах. При использовании установки и осуществления способа для изготовления такой проволоки воздействуют вибрациями на проволоку между двумя направляющими (201, 202) при прохождении проволоки между направляющими. Такая проволока может быть использована для разрезания блока из твердого материала.
