Abstract
Настоящая заявка относится к способу изготовления узла соединения трубной решетки (7) и теплообменника для бассейнового реактора или бассейнового конденсатора для использования в производстве мочевины из аммиака и диоксида углерода, при этом способ включает изготовление трубной решетки (7) из материала углеродистой стали и обеспечение указанной трубной решетки (7) антикоррозионными защитными слоями (8, 9) из двухфазной аустенитно-ферритной нержавеющей стали, при этом теплообменник содержит по меньшей мере одну U-образную трубу (13) из двухфазной аустенитно-ферритной нержавеющей стали, при этом способ дополнительно включает вставление по меньшей мере двух втулок (11) из двухфазной аустенитно-ферритной нержавеющей стали через трубную решетку (7), так что оба конца втулки (11) выступают из трубной решетки (7), при этом способ дополнительно включает соединение втулок (11), по меньшей мере их противоположных концов, по меньшей мере, с защитными слоями (8, 9) трубной решетки (7) и, наконец, соединение обоих концов по меньшей мере одной U-образной трубы (13) с соответствующими втулками (11).
