Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к разделу онкология, и предназначено для эффективного лечения предраковых и злокачественных новообразований, предпочтительно эпителия тела человека. Задачей настоящего изобретения является создание индивидуализированного эффективного способа лечения эпителиальных новообразований наружной локализации, в котором по сравнению со стандартными и перечисленными выше методами минимизирован риск осложнений, рецидивов и возможность ухудшения качества жизни пациентов. Способ лечения эпителиальных новообразований включает в себя введение фотосенсибилизатора, диагностическое предпроцедурное флуоресцентное обследование через 2,5-4 ч после введения фотосенсибилизатора с определением операционного поля в виде патологически измененной области, с предпроцедурным определением уровней флуоресценции и терапевтическое воздействие на таким образом определенное операционное поле оптическим излучением с длиной волны, соответствующей полосе поглощения фотосенсибилизатора, и экспозиционными параметрами, достаточными для достижения некроза пораженных тканей, контрольное постпроцедурное флуоресцентное обследование ранее определенного операционного поля с определением постпроцедурного уровня флуоресценции. В заявленном способе как диагностическое предпроцедурное и постпроцедурное флуоресцентное обследования, так и терапевтическое воздействие на патологически измененную область оптическим излучением осуществляют в рамках одной процедуры с использованием однократного введения фотосенсибилизатора на основе хлорина е6.The invention relates to medicine, namely to the section oncology, and is intended for the effective treatment of precancerous and malignant tumors, preferably the epithelium of the human body. A method of treating epithelial neoplasms includes the introduction of a photosensitizer, diagnostic pre-procedural fluorescence examination 2.5-4 hours after the photosensitizer is injected, determining the operative field in the form of a pathologically altered area, with pre-procedural determination of fluorescence levels and the therapeutic effect on the defined operational field by optical radiation with a wavelength corresponding to the absorption band of the photosensitizer, and exposure parameters, to sufficient to achieve necrosis of the affected tissues, control post-procedural fluorescence examination of a previously defined surgical field with the determination of post-procedural fluorescence. In the proposed method, both a diagnostic pre-procedure and post-procedural fluorescence examinations, and a therapeutic effect on the pathologically altered area by optical radiation are carried out within the same procedure using a single injection of a chlorine e6 photosensitizer.
