1. Способ фотодинамической терапии онкологических заболевания, включающий введение фотосенсибилизатора в зону опухолевой ткани, воздействие на опухолевую ткань ИК-лазерным излучением, отличающийся тем, что в качестве фотосенсибилизатора вводят композицию из 5,10,15,20-тетракис(N-метил-3′-пиридил)хлорина и 5,10,15,20-тетракис(N-метил-3′-пиридил)бактериохлорина в объеме 0,5-10 мг на 1 г опухолевой ткани в зависимости от дифференцировки опухоли, а лазерное воздействие осуществляют через 20-40 мин, через 6-7 дней проводят цитологические исследования и при выявлении признаков продолжающегося опухолевого роста полностью повторяют сеанс предлагаемого лечения.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при высокодифференцированных формах опухоли вводят 0,5-2 мг фотосенсибилизатора на 1 г опухолевой ткани.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при опухолевой ткани с признаками снижения дифференцировки вводят 2-5 мг фотосенсибилизатора на 1 г опухолевой ткани.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при видах опухолей с недифференцированной формой опухоли или при гемобластозах вводят не менее 5-10 мг фотосенсибилизатора на 1 г опухолевой ткани.1.
