Abstract
Охлаждающий бак для термообработки головок рельсов, который содержит первую емкость (2) для наполнения охлаждающей жидкостью; вторую емкость (4), установленную над первой емкостью и сообщающуюся с ней таким образом, что охлаждающая жидкость может перемещаться из нижней емкости к верхней емкости, в которую может быть погружена обрабатываемая головка рельса; разделительную перегородку (5) между первой и второй емкостями с одним рядом отверстий (6), предпочтительно расположенным по центру второй емкости, для создания вертикальных струй охлаждающей жидкости, направленных вверх, от первой емкости ко второй; пару продольных перегородок (7), расположенных во второй емкости перпендикулярно перегородке и симметрично относительно ряда форсунок, предназначенных для задания вертикального направления выходящих из форсунок струй охлаждающей жидкости.
