Abstract
Изобретение относится к способам и средствам для очистки воды методом перекристаллизации и может быть использовано в быту, пищевой промышленности и медицине. Техническим результатом заявляемого изобретения является создание такого способа и теплообменной емкости для очистки воды методом перекристаллизации, которые обеспечивают повышение качества и сокращение времени очистки воды. Способ очистки воды включает заполнение теплообменной емкости водой для очистки, охлаждение и последующее ее замораживание в указанной емкости при температуре выше температуры кристаллизации жидкого концентрата находящихся в воде органических и неорганических примесей в течение времени, достаточном для кристаллизации чистой воды в виде слоя льда, и формирования жидкого концентрата органических и неорганических примесей, слив указанного жидкого концентрата, плавление льда при положительной температуре до его размораживания с последующим сливом очищенной талой воды. Воду перед очисткой формируют в виде плоского или замкнутого в кольцо слоя путем заполнения водой теплообменной емкости, внутренний объем которой выполнен в виде плоской или замкнутой в кольцо щелевой полости. Теплообменная емкость для очистки воды (пять вариантов) выполнена из термопроводного материала и имеет стенки, образующие плоскую вертикальную, или горизонтальную, или наклонную щелевую полость, или кольцевую коническую или цилиндрическую щелевую полость.The invention relates to methods and means for water purification by the method of recrystallization and can be used in everyday life, food industry and medicine. The technical result of the claimed invention is the creation of such a method and heat exchange capacity for water purification by the method of recrystallization, which provide improved quality and reduced water purification time. The method of water purification includes filling the heat exchange capacity with water for cleaning, cooling and subsequent freezing in the specified container at a temperature above the crystallization temperature of the liquid concentrate of organic and inorganic impurities present in the water for a time sufficient for the crystallization of pure water as an ice layer and the formation of liquid concentrate of organic and inorganic impurities, discharge of the specified liquid concentrate, melting ice at a positive temperature before it is thawed out after blowing plum purified melt water. Before cleaning, water is formed in the form of a layer that is flat or closed in a ring by filling a heat exchange capacity with water, the internal volume of which is made in the form of a slot cavity or a ring closed in a ring. The heat exchange tank for water purification (five options) is made of thermally conductive material and has walls that form a flat vertical, or horizontal, or inclined slotted cavity, or an annular conical or cylindrical slotted cavity.
