Аппарат включает две термостатированных теплообменных емкости для очистки воды, выполненные из термопроводного материала, термостатированную накопительную емкость для очищенной воды, средство для подачи очищенной воды в тару потребителю и средство для слива неиспользованной очищенной воды, подключенные к термостатированной накопительной емкости, средство для фильтрации и подачи исходной воды на очистку из водопровода, соединенное трубопроводом с теплообменными емкостями, средство для слива очищенной воды и средство для слива жидкого концентрата органических и неорганических примесей, подключенные посредством трубопроводов к теплообменным емкостям, средство для замораживания воды и плавления льда с термоэлементами охлаждения и нагрева, которые расположены на наружной стороне термопроводных стенок теплообменных емкостей, электронный блок управления аппаратом, соединенный со средством для замораживания воды и плавления льда и электроприводами, средства для фильтрации и подачи исходной воды на очистку, средством для слива очищенной воды и средством для слива жидкого концентрата примесей.
