Способ получения легкой воды 1Н2 16О из равномерно охлаждаемой природной воды с периодическим перемешиванием и созданием циркулирующего потока воды аэрацией воздухом или озоно-воздушной смесью до образования взвеси льда 8 видов тяжелых изотопных воды с определением различного фазового состояния легкой воды 1Н2 16О и 8 тяжелых изотопных видов воды, с дальнейшей фильтрацией взвеси льда и слива пищевой легкой воды 1Н2 16О и последующим нагревом емкости кристаллизации и льда, с таянием и сливом 8 видов тяжелых изотопных вод, отличающийся тем, что от 5 до 30 циклов выделения легкой воды 1Н2 16О из природной воды проводятся с накоплением в емкости кристаллизации льда 8 тяжелых изотопных видов воды, а на последнем цикле теплообменом с водой, поступающей на обработку, проводится нагрев и таяние накопленного льда, и слив полученной тяжелой воды, причем начало слива легкой воды 1Н2 16О определяется электродным датчиком кристаллизации тяжелых изотопных видов воды по началу замерзания поверхности воды, а объем накопленной тяжелой воды и число циклов определяется лазерным датчиком кристаллизации тяжелых изотопных видов воды.
