Abstract

Изобретение относится к средствам и способам очистки воды методом кристаллизации и может быть использовано в быту, пищевой промышленности и медицине. Техническим результатом изобретения является создание такого способа очистки воды замораживанием, который обеспечивает повышение качества очищенной талой воды и ее полезных свойств, а также более длительное их сохранение в потребительской емкости. Способ очистки воды включает заполнение емкости водой для очистки, охлаждение и последующее ее замораживание в указанной емкости до формирования жидкого концентрата органических и неорганических примесей, слив указанного жидкого концентрата, плавление льда при положительной температуре до его размораживания с последующим сливом очищенной талой воды. Охлаждение, кристаллизацию воды и таяние льда нагревом осуществляют снаружи рабочей емкости посредством контактирующих с ее термопроводящими стенками охладительных и нагревательных элементов. После слива жидкого концентрата примесей слой льда дополнительно замораживают в течение времени, достаточном для полного промерзания массы льда, а плавление льда под действием положительной температуры и слив талой воды осуществляют одновременно, причем талую воду сливают непрерывно или периодически в термостатированную накопительную емкость для ее последующего хранения при положительной температуре, близкой к температуре плавления льда. Причем слой льда перед плавлением замораживают в течение 40-90 мин при температуре минус 10-15°С.The invention relates to means and methods of water purification by the method of crystallization and can be used in everyday life, food industry and medicine. Cooling, crystallization of water and melting of ice by heating are carried out outside the working capacity by means of cooling and heating elements in contact with its thermally conductive walls. After draining the liquid concentrate of impurities, the ice layer is additionally frozen for a time sufficient to completely freeze the ice mass, and melting ice under the action of positive temperature and draining the melt water is carried out simultaneously, and the melt water is continuously or periodically drained into a thermostated storage tank positive temperature close to the melting point of ice. Moreover, a layer of ice before melting is frozen for 40-90 minutes at a temperature of minus 10-15 ° C.
