Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к наполнителю для фильтров в виде блока из активированного оксида алюминия и к способу приготовления блока из оксида алюминия, предназначенного для применения в самотечных фильтрах для воды и в фильтрах с подачей воды под давлением для эффективного фильтрования загрязняющих примесей в виде твердых частиц, включая помимо удаления химических загрязнителей микроорганизмы, такие как цисты, бактерии и вирусы, в то же самое время обеспечивающего относительно высокие скорости потока. Данный наполнитель для фильтра в виде блока из оксида алюминия, предназначенный для применения в самотечных фильтрах для воды и фильтрах с подачей воды под давлением, содержит (а) активированный оксид алюминия, имеющий размер частиц в диапазоне от 100 до 1000 мкм с удельной поверхностью по методу БЭТ в диапазоне от 200 до 1000 м/г, и (b) связующий материал с показателем текучести расплава (MFR) менее 5, в котором отношение содержания активированных частиц оксида алюминия к содержанию связующего вещества находится в диапазоне от 1:1 до 20:1 мас.%.
