Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения 6-аминокапроновой кислоты, включающему декарбоксилирование альфа-аминопимелиновой кислоты, с использованием по меньшей мере одного биокатализатора, представляющего собой фермент, обладающий активностью декарбоксилазы альфа-аминопимелиновой кислоты. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к способу получения капролактама из 6-аминокапроновой кислоты, полученной упомянутым способом, к клетке-хозяину, подходящей для применения в способе по изобретению, и к полинуклеотиду, кодирующему декарбоксилазу, которая может быть использована в способе согласно изобретению.
