Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения полимера по меньшей мере одного олефина в двух последовательных реакторах в газовой фазе в присутствии катализатора полимеризации олефинов, при котором олефин полимеризуют в первом реакторе полимеризации в присутствии катализатора полимеризации олефинов и первой реакционной газовой смеси с образованием псевдоожиженного слоя, содержащего полимер олефина и указанную первую реакционную газовую смесь. Первую реакционную газовую смесь совместно с полимером олефина непрерывно или периодически извлекают из первого реактора полимеризации и направляют в разделительный сосуд так, что в указанном разделительном сосуде образуется слой полимера. Часть указанной первой реакционной газовой смеси извлекают из указанного разделительного сосуда и возвращают в первый реактор полимеризации в участок, в котором давление ниже, чем в разделительном сосуде. Полимер олефина извлекают из указанного разделительного сосуда с образованием второго потока продукта, и указанный второй поток продукта направляют во второй реактор полимеризации. Второй газ может быть введен в нижнюю часть разделительного сосуда для избегания переноса реагентов с первой стадии полимеризации на вторую стадию полимеризации.
