Abstract
Предложен изогнутый элемент, имеющий изогнутый участок с чрезвычайно небольшим радиусом изгиба, например, максимально превышающим в 1-5 раз его толщину стенки, и установка и способ для его изготовления. Изогнутый элемент 21 изготавливают посредством поддержки прямоугольной трубки 16 первым опорным средством 11, расположенным в первом положении А, при соответствующей подаче прямоугольной трубки в ее продольном направлении, путем локального нагрева прямоугольной трубки 16 нагревательным средством 12, расположенным во втором положении В, охлаждения прямоугольной трубки охлаждающим средством 13, расположенным в третьем положении С, и во время обработки приложением усилия сдвига к нагретому участку прямоугольной трубки 16 с помощью средства 14 приложения усилия сдвига, расположенного в области D ниже по течению, посредством двухкоординатного или трехкоординатного перемещения устройства 14 одновременно в направлении подачи прямоугольной трубки 16 и в направлении, в общем, параллельном поперечному сечению в продольном направлении прямоугольной трубки 16, которое было нагрето нагревательным средством 12.
