Abstract
Изобретение касается композитного углеродного электрода с высокой плотностью энергии для конденсаторов с двойным электрическим слоем и способа изготовления электрода с высокой плотностью энергии, состоящего из минерального углерода с соответствующими наноструктурами и морфологией. Изобретение описывает статистическую модель, которая делает возможным выбор и/или разработку материалов на основе углерода, получаемого из карбида, обладающих высокими энергетическими характеристиками и очень высокой электрической ёмкостью, используемых для производства композитных углеродных электродов. Одновременное соблюдение и достижение всех статистических параметров модели позволяет изготавливать электроды с более высокой плотностью энергии для суперконденсаторов.
