Abstract

Обеспечен каскад ускоряющих электродов-трубок (LA#1-LA#28), которые прикладывают ускоряющийся электрический потенциал к заряженной частице (2). При помощи блока управления (8) соответственно регулируется время для приложения ускоряющего напряжения к ускоряющим электродам-трубкам (LA#1-LA#28), ускоряющая энергия может быть получена каждый раз, когда заряженная частица (2) проходит через зазоры между ускоряющими электродами-трубками (LA#1-LA#28).
