Abstract
Изобретение относится к конструкции котлов на твердом топливе для обогрева бытовых и промышленных помещений с возможностью утилизации углеродосодержащих отходов. Техническая задача изобретения - повышение эксплуатационных показателей за счет повышения полноты сгорания топлива. Поставленная задача решается за счет того, что в отопительном котле, содержащем топку, в топочной камере которой размещены камера дожига в виде горизонтально расположенной цилиндрической трубы с заглушенным торцом и отверстиями на ее поверхности, и зольник, соединенные с источником принудительной подачи окислителя, теплообменник и трубу для дымоудаления, связанные между собой каналами газохода. Камера дожига выполнена с продольными наклонными ребрами на боковой поверхности и отверстиями между ними и снабжена реакционной камерой в виде цилиндра с отверстиями на боковой поверхности, размещенного в ней коаксиально и с кольцевым зазором, который соединен с каналом принудительной подачи окислителя, причем реакционная камера соединена с теплообменником через катализатор, установленный в ее свободном торце. Направляющие цилиндрической трубы камеры дожига и реакционной камеры выполнены в виде овалов, большие оси которых перпендикулярны основанию топочной камеры.The invention relates to the design of solid fuel boilers for heating domestic and industrial premises with the possibility of recycling carbonaceous waste. The technical problem of the invention is to improve performance by increasing the completeness of combustion of fuel. The problem is solved due to the fact that in the heating boiler containing a furnace, in the combustion chamber of which there is a combustion chamber in the form of a horizontal cylindrical tube with a plugged end and holes on its surface, and an ashpit connected to a source of forced oxidant supply, a heat exchanger and a pipe for smoke removal, interconnected channels of the flue. The afterburner chamber is made with longitudinal inclined ribs on the side surface and the holes between them and is provided with a cylinder-shaped reaction chamber with holes on the side surface placed in it coaxially and with an annular gap, which is connected to the forced oxidant feed channel, and the reaction chamber is connected to a heat exchanger through the catalyst installed in its free end. The directing chambers of the cylindrical tube of the afterburner chamber and the reaction chamber are made in the form of ovals, the large axes of which are perpendicular to the base of the combustion chamber.
