Предложен горизонтальный жаротрубно-дымогарный котел, который содержит водоохлаждаемую жаровую камеру, включающую обечайку, ограниченную торцевыми стенками, в нижней части которой размещена топка с кипящим слоем, снабженная воздухораспределительной решеткой, образующей соединенные с дутьевым вентилятором воздушные каналы, причем каждый из указанных воздушных каналов образован первым швеллером, приваренным краями своих полок к стойке первого швеллера, причем область между первым и вторым швеллером соединена с водяным объемом котла. Предлагаемый котел также имеет второй швеллер, приваренный по краям своих полок к стенке первого швеллера. Предлагаемый котел отличается тем, что при работе котла циркулирующую воду к нему подводят два трубопровода, каждый из которых проходит через котел и примыкает к жаровой камере котла в месте расположения второго швеллера. Таким образом, обеспечена возможность принудительной подачи воды через область между установленными друг над другом швеллерами, благодаря чему вода не застаивается в ней и отложение песка и ила, а также накипи, приводящее к прогоранию второго швеллера, предотвращается. Кроме того, предлагаемый котел может оснащаться системой подачи вторичного воздуха, проходящей через верхнюю часть котла.The invention relates to boiler technology and can be used in municipal and industrial energy. A horizontal fire-tube-smoke boiler, which contains a water-cooled heating chamber including a shell limited end walls, the bottom of which is a fluidized bed furnace, equipped with an air distribution grill, forming connected with a blower fan air channels, each of these air channels formed by the first channel welded edges of their shelves to the rack of the first channel, and the area between the first and second channel is connected to the water volume of the boiler. The proposed boiler also has a second channel welded along the edges of its shelves to the wall of the first channel. The proposed boiler is distinguished by the fact that during operation of the boiler, two pipelines feed the circulating water to it, each of which passes through the boiler and adjoins the boiler firing chamber at the location of the second channel. Thus, the possibility of forcing water through the area between channels installed one above the other is ensured, so that water does not stagnate in it and sand and silt deposition, as well as scale, resulting in the second channel burning, is prevented. In addition, the proposed boiler can be equipped with a secondary air supply system passing through the upper part of the boiler.
