Abstract
Предложены система и способ размещения вводимого через кожу клапанного устройства внутри просвета в теле в месте имплантации. Система и способ размещения являются простыми и повышают точность размещения клапанного устройства. Фиксаторы и установочные проволоки или шовные нити применяют для фиксирования имплантируемого объекта и направления указанного устройства к месту имплантации. Предложенную систему и способ можно применять в предварительно собранных вводимых через кожу клапанных устройствах, а также модульном протезном клапанном устройстве, которое обеспечивает модульное устройство. Модульное клапанное устройство включает два или более модулей и спроектировано таким образом, что его можно доставить в несобранном виде и затем собрать внутри просвета в теле в том месте или около того места, где происходит имплантация. Модули устройства можно собрать до или после фиксации объекта имплантации и затем разместить с помощью системы размещения способом, аналогичным тому, как можно разместить согласно настоящему изобретению предварительно собранное вводимое через кожу клапанное устройство.
