Abstract

Способ получения самогерметизирующейся эластомерной композиции, причем указанный способ отличается тем, что он включает по меньшей мере следующие этапы: сначала получают маточную смесь, содержащую по меньшей мере один диеновый эластомер и термопластичную углеводородную пластифицирующую смолу в содержание выше 30 phe (частей на 100 частей эластомера), смешивая эти разные компоненты в смесителе при температуре, равной или близкой к температуре, называемой "температурой горячего компаундирования", которая выше температуры размягчения углеводородной смолы; затем в приготовленную так маточную смесь вводят по меньшей мере одну сшивающую систему, перемешивая все в том же смесителе или в другом смесителе при температуре, равной или близкой к максимальной температуре, которая поддерживается ниже 100°С, чтобы получить указанную самогерметизирующуюся композицию, а также отличается тем, что в указанную маточную смесь или в указанную композицию вводят по меньшей мере один жидкий пластификатор с температурой стеклования (Tg) ниже -20°С, в содержании ниже 60 phe.
