Abstract

Обеспечиваются созданные методами генной инженерии клетки и микроорганизмы для предотвращения или облегчения течения заболеваний посредством передачи сигналов генетически модифицированной совокупностью бактерий. Также обеспечены способы терапии с применением указанных клеток и микроорганизмов для предотвращения или облегчения течения заболеваний. Указанные клетки или микроорганизмы можно модифицировать с применением генной инженерии с тем, чтобы они экспрессировали сигнал и их можно было применять для прерывания связанной с передачей сигналов вирулентности инвазивного патогена. Указанные клетки или микроорганизмы можно применять для обеспечения сигналзависимой экспрессии желаемого гена для того, чтобы прервать, предотвратить и/или облегчить течение заболевания у млекопитающего, например заболевания, вызванного паразитами, инфекционного заболевания, аутоиммунного заболевания и генетического нарушения.
