Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для продления кампании печи путем предотвращения трещинообразования в кирпичах и откалывания частей кирпичей, а также для уменьшения зазоров в плавильных печах. Это достигается путем измерения сил/давлений/моментов, действующих между огнеупорными кирпичами или между огнеупорными кирпичами и жестким креплением, а также определенных, необходимых противодействующих сил, так что силы, действующие между кирпичами или между жесткими креплениями и кирпичами, оказываются меньше максимально допустимого сжатия (силы сжатия) кирпичей, а, с другой стороны, силы, необходимые для исключения зазоров между кирпичами, достаточны. Этот процесс осуществляется автоматически как регулирование, путем определения сил датчиками, обработки данных процессором и управления исполнительными элементами для формирования противодействующих сил.
