Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новым линиям Brassica Ogura, содержащим укороченный фрагмент Raphanus. Новые линии не содержат маркер ОРС2 и обладают способностью полностью восстанавливать фертильность растений Ogura с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью (cms). Усовершенствованные линии выводят с помощью нового способа селекции. Новый способ селекции можно использовать для укорачивания экзотической инсерции, содержащей представляющий интерес ген, в любом растении.
