Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE PLANTAS DE SOJA COMPREENDENDO UM ALELO QUE CONFERE RESISTÊNCIA A AFÍDEOS E DE UM ALELO QUE CONFERE RESISTÊNCIA A AFÍDEO EM UMA PLANTA DE SOJA. A presente invenção refere-se ao campo de cultivo de planta e resistência a afídeo. Mais especificamente, a invenção inclui um método para cultivo de plantas de soja contendo loci de característica quantitativa que estão associados com resistência a afídeos, Aphis glycines. A invenção inclui ainda método para monitoramento da introgressão de loci de característica quantitativa (QTL) conferindo resistência a afídeo no germoplasma de elite em um programa de cultivo.
