Abstract
В заявке описан статор для винтового забойного двигателя, имеющий выполненное в нем сквозное отверстие помимо главной расточки статора. Сквозное отверстие может представлять собой цилиндрическое отверстие, проходящее параллельно оси статора, или иметь форму спирали, проходящей вокруг оси статора. Сквозное отверстие может использоваться для размещения кабеля связи, проходящего через сквозное отверстие, и/или сквозное отверстие может быть соединено с источником флюида. Статор изготавливают из металлического порошка, для чего изготавливают вкладыш точных размеров, соответствующих размерам отверстия, растачиваемого в готовом статоре, при этом отверстие имеет длину по меньшей мере 750 мм, устанавливают вкладыш в полости литейной формы, заполняют полость литейной формы металлическим порошком, подвергают порошок изостатическому прессованию и затем извлекают материал вкладыша.
