Abstract
Изобретение относится к воздухораспределителю для автоматически действующих пневматических тормозов для создания давления в тормозном цилиндре по меньшей мере в одном подключенном тормозном цилиндре (4) в зависимости от разницы в давлении между давлением в подключенной основной воздушной магистрали (L) поезда и сохраненным эталонным давлением (А), состоящему из главной части (1), магистральной части (2) и опоры (3), с каналом (KZE) для дополнительного выпуска воздуха от магистральной части через опору к главной части, при этом главная часть (1) содержит следующие детали: управляющий поршень (7) с поршневым штоком (16), на который с одной стороны воздействует эталонное давление (А), а с другой стороны - управляющее давление (S) и по меньшей мере одна нажимная пружина (13), а также уравнительный поршень (8), на который воздействует давление (С) тормозного цилиндра (4), противодействующее по меньшей мере одной нажимной пружине (20), и двухседельный клапан (10), в котором в результате приближения управляющего поршня (7) за счет поршневого штока (16) открывается впускной клапан (103), а за счет его удаления - выпускной клапан (101), при этом впускной клапан (103) находится на пути перемещения воздуха из запасного воздушного резервуара (5) по направлению к тормозному цилиндру (4), а выпускной клапан (101) - на пути перемещения воздуха от тормозного цилиндра (4) к окружающей среде (О), при этом главная часть (1) содержит клапан (11), состоящий из корпуса (111) клапана, нажимной пружины (112) и седла (113) клапана, при этом на корпусе (111) клапана и седле (113) клапана противоположно расположены камеры давления, которые связаны с каналом (KZE) для дополнительного выпуска воздуха или же с тормозным цилиндром (С), и корпус (111) клапана посредством механического
