Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, к получению биомассы с широким спектром использования в различных сферах человеческой деятельности: медицине, косметике, спорте, животноводстве, пчеловодстве, рыбоводстве, птицеводстве, ветеринарии и пр. Термофильный штамм сине-зеленой микроводоросли Spirulinaplatensis BakuССАР 1475/12 получен путем прямого выделения из природного водоема на Апшеронском полуострове Азербайджанской Республики. Способ получения биомассы сине-зеленой микроводоросли Spirulina platensis Bakuфотосинтезом в водной питательной среде заключается в выращивании, перемешивании суспензии микроводорослей, периодических подпитке среды питательным раствором и отборе биомассы, после которого водную питательную среду подвергают рекультивации путем обратного осмоса.The invention relates to biotechnology, to obtaining biomass with a wide range of uses in various fields of human activity: medicine, cosmetics, sports, animal husbandry, beekeeping, fish farming, poultry farming, veterinary medicine, etc. The thermophilic strain of the blue-green microalga Spirulinaplatensis BakuSSAR 1475/12 is obtained by direct discharge from a natural reservoir on the Absheron Peninsula of the Azerbaijan Republic. The method of obtaining blue-green microalgae Spirulina platensis Baku biomass in an aqueous nutrient medium consists of growing, mixing a suspension of microalgae, periodically feeding the medium with a nutrient solution and extracting biomass, after which the aqueous nutrient medium is reclaimed by reverse osmosis.
