Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к технологической установке и способу охлаждения и по выбору сжижения газового продукта, в частности сжижения природного газа, основанного на замкнутом контуре теплообмена многокомпонентного холодильного агента с газом, который подлежит охлаждению и по выбору конденсированию. Технологическая установка содержит по меньшей мере один первичный двухпоточный теплообменник (20), размещенный для охлаждения газового продукта, направляемого к теплообменнику (10), по меньшей мере один компрессор (46), размещенный для сжатия холодильного агента низкого давления, направляемого из первого по меньшей мере из двух вторичных двухпоточных теплообменников (64), по меньшей мере один теплообменник (54) для переохлаждения и частичного сжижения сжатого холодильного агента, по меньшей мере один фазовый сепаратор (60), размещенный для разделения частично сжиженного многокомпонентного холодильного агента на более летучую фракцию и на менее летучую фракцию, по меньшей мере два вторичных двухпоточных теплообменника (64, 114), первый теплообменник (64) по меньшей мере из двух вторичных теплообменников размещен для охлаждения более летучей фракции из фазового сепаратора (62), при этом второй теплообменник (114) по меньшей мере из двух вторичных теплообменников размещен, чтобы дополнительно охлаждать боле летучую фракцию, дроссельное устройство (118), размещенное для снижения давления части более летучей фракции для превращения в холодильный агент низкого давления, который подлежит теплообмену во втором по меньшей мере из двух вторичных теплообменников, дроссельное устройство (76), размещенное для снижения давления части более летучей
