Abstract
Способ извлечения загрязнений, таких как вода, СОи/или HS, из потока загрязненного газа, который включает индуцирование течения потока газа по каналу (10), который содержит первый и второй участки (11, 12) и необязательно другие участки (13-15) канала, при этом каждый участок содержит а) участок (11А-15А) циклонного разделения текучих сред, в котором поток газа завихряют так, что загрязнения (11В-15В) текут во внешнюю область участка разделения, а фракция (11С-15С) очищенного газа течет в центральную область участка разделения; б) центральную выпускную трубку (11D-15D) для очищенного газа, предназначенную для выпуска фракции очищенного газа; в) внешнюю выпускную трубку (11Е-15Е), предназначенную для выпуска загрязнений; и г) участок (11F-15F) Вентури, в котором поток газа ускоряют и уменьшают статическое давление; причем указанный способ дополнительно включает в себя следующие операции: соединяют центральную выпускную трубку (12D) второго участка (12) канала с участком (11F) Вентури первого участка (11) канала так, что фракция очищенного газа течет из второго участка (12) канала в первый участок (11) канала; впрыскивают абсорбент (18, регенерированный МЭГ) загрязнений в участок (11F) Вентури первого участка (11) канала и вынуждают фракцию текучей среды с повышенным содержанием загрязнений и абсорбента загрязнений течь через канал (19) рециркуляции МЭГ из внешней выпускной трубки (11Е) первого участка канала в участок (12F) Вентури второго участка (12) канала; и, возможно, вынуждают фракцию текучей среды с повышенным содержанием загрязнений и абсорбента загрязнений течь через каналы (20, 21 и 22) рециркуляции МЭГ из внешних выпускных трубок (12Е-14Е) второго, третьего и четвертого участков канала в участок (13F-15F) Вентури третьего, четвертого и пятого участков (13-15) канала соответственно.
