Abstract

В одном варианте воплощения формованный металлический сердечник включает в себя множество ячеек, содержащих чередующиеся направленные вперед и назад выступы, продолжающиеся наружу вперед и назад относительно средней плоскости, причем каждый выступ имеет площадь соединительной поверхности или площадку, выполненную с возможностью пайки твердым припоем или соединения с соответствующими внешними листами металла с обеих сторон формованного металлического сердечника. Множество микроцарапин или углублений сформовано на соединительных площадках, что обеспечивает возможность более прочной пайки твердым припоем или соединения между металлическим сердечником и внешними листами металла, благодаря улучшенному капиллярному воздействию металлического сердечника во время процесса пайки твердым припоем или соединения.
