Abstract

Изобретение предлагает никель-вольфрамовый массивный катализатор, способ изготовления упомянутого катализатора и применение упомянутого катализатора для гидрообработки, в частности гидрообессеривания и гидродеазотирования, углеводородного сырья. Данный катализатор содержит никель-вольфрамовые металлоксидные частицы, получаемые с помощью способа, содержащего образование суспензии первого твердого соединения металла, содержащего металл VIII группы никель, и второго твердого соединения металла, содержащего металл VIIB группы вольфрам, в протонсодержащей жидкости, взаимодействие первого и второго твердых соединений металлов при повышенной температуре, посредством чего первое и второе твердые соединения металлов остаются, по меньшей мере, частично в твердом состоянии на протяжении всего взаимодействия с образованием никель-вольфрамового оксидного массивного катализатора.
