Abstract

Предложены способ коррекции зрения и устройство для его осуществления. Настоящие изобретения относятся к способам и устройствам для коррекции зрения неразрушающими методами. Их применение в офтальмологии при лечении миопии, гиперметролии, астигматизма или глаукомы позволяет получить технический результат в виде осуществления коррекции зрения при достижении безопасности и потенциальной обратимости результатов коррекции зрения за счет неразрушающего характера воздействия. Указанный технический результат достигается за счет применения способа коррекции зрения, содержащего этапы, при которых путем неразрушающего механического воздействия придают поверхности роговицы глаза и/или прилегающих к ней областей требуемую форму, и фиксируют ее на протяжении, по меньшей мере, всей процедуры коррекции, и осуществляют неразрушающее термическое либо термомеханическое воздействие по меньшей мере на одну зону поверхности роговицы глаза и/или прилегающих к ней областей, причем зоны роговицы глаза, имеющие наименьшее расстояние от оптической оси глаза, подвергаются воздействию слабее остальных зон.A method of vision correction and a device for its implementation are proposed.
