Abstract
Изобретения относятся к переработке нефти на малотоннажных модульных установках (мини НПЗ) для получения моторных и котельно-печных топлив (бензин, дизельное топливо, мазут). Основной задачей группы изобретений является создание способа перегонки углеводородного сырья и установки для его осуществления, позволяющих получать нефтепродукты высокого качества на компактной и малогабаритной установке. Поставленная задача решается тем, что в способе перегонки углеводородного сырья, включающем несколько ступеней перегонки, сырье подогревают до нижнего предела температуры кипения первой фракции, образовавшуюся парожидкостную смесь подают на ступени перегонки, в каждой из которых парожидкостную смесь разделяют на паровую и жидкую фазы, отводят жидкую фракцию как целевой продукт, а паровую фазу охлаждают до нижнего предела температуры кипения следующей фракции, разделение на паровую и жидкую фазу на всех ступенях перегонки проводят в циклонных испарителях с цилиндрической вертикальной стенкой, при этом осуществляют подогрев вертикальной стенки каждого циклонного испарителя. Поставленная задача решается также тем, что установка для перегонки углеводородного сырья, содержащая линию подвода сырья и линии отвода целевых продуктов, последовательно установленные на линии подвода сырья теплообменники, насос и печь для подогрева сырья, а также последовательно соединенные трубопроводами по меньшей мере одну или несколько ступеней перегонки сырья, каждая из которых включает последовательно соединенные трубопроводами испаритель и охладитель, причем испарители каждой ступени сообщены трубопроводами сThe invention relates to the processing of oil on light-duty modular units (mini refineries) for the production of engine and boiler-furnace fuels (gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil).
