Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к модифицированным полипропилениминовым дендримерам, содержащим катионные внутренние аммониевые группы и внешние нетоксичные концевые группы; к фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим указанные дендримеры; к способам получения указанных дендримеров и к их применению в качестве агентов для переноса анионных биологически активных терапевтических средств, и в генотерапии, а в частности, для лечения рака. Указанный модифицированный полипропилениминовый дендример 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5 генерации, а также неполные дендримеры и их смеси, содержащие внешние концевые группы и внутренние аминогруппы, отличаются тем, что в них: а) по существу, все внешние концевые группы представляют собой группы формулы (I), где R представляет собой радикал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из Cалкила, полиэтиленгликолевого радикала и полиэтиленгликоль-галлильного радикала, и (b) по существу, все внутренние аминогруппы представляют собой четвертичные катионные аммониевые группы. Наиболее предпочтительными являются кватернизированные соединения: DAB-dendr- (NHCOCH), DAB-dendr-(NHCOCH), DAB-dendr-(NHCOCH), DAB-dendr-(NHCOCH), DAB-dendr-(NHCOCH), DAB-dendr-(NHCOPh((ЕО)OMe)), DAB-dendr-(NHCOPh((ЕО)OMe)), DAB-dendr-(NHCOPh((ЕО)OMe)), DAB-dendr-(NHCOPh((ЕО)OMe))и DAB-dendr-(NHCOPh((ЕО)OMe)).
