Abstract

Процесс и устройство для регенерации кислоты и металла из отработанных кислых растворов включает в себя этапы необязательного концентрирования (110) раствора до концентрата раствора или твердого вещества, пирогидролиза (114) для регенерации кислоты и образования гранул оксида металла, и восстановления оксида до металла в реакторе двухстадийного восстановления (116, 118) с использованием не полностью сгоревшего топлива в качестве восстанавливающего агента. Также раскрыт процесс двухстадийного восстановления и реактор для получения железа прямого восстановления (ЖПВ) из железооксидных руд или отходов, включающий в себя первую стадию (416), на которой оксидное сырье приводят в контакт с топливом и субстехиометрическим количеством источника кислорода для получения оксида с более низкой степенью окисления, и вторую стадию (418), на которой оксид с более низкой степенью окисления приводят в контакт с отходящими газами с первой стадии для получения металлического железа.
