Abstract
Изобретение касается устройства для непрерывного каталитического удаления связки из металлических и/или керамических формованных деталей, изготовленных способом литья под давлением порошковых материалов, имеющего печь для удаления связки, через которую пропускаются по транспортеру формованные детали, нагретые до нужной технологической температуры, систему подачи технологического газа, требуемого для удаления связки, который содержит реакционную составляющую, по крайней мере, одно средство для подвода защитного газа в реакционную зону печи и факел для сжигания полученных при удалении связки газовых продуктов реакции, имеющего одно или несколько средств, впускающих в устройство технологический газ, поток которого целенаправленно направлен поперек направлению транспортировки деталей.
