Abstract
В заявке описаны способы псевдоожижения популяции каталитических частиц, которая обеднена каталитической мелочью. В одном варианте этот способ включает создание множества каталитических частиц в реакторе, в котором каталитические частицы характеризуются значением dбольше примерно 40 мкм. Эти каталитические частицы вводят в контакт с псевдоожижающей средой в условиях, эффективных для того, чтобы обеспечить псевдоожиженное поведение каталитических частиц и образование псевдоожиженного слоя. Частицы вводят в контакт с одним или несколькими первичными препятствующими элементами при одновременном нахождении в псевдоожиженном слое. Благодаря псевдоожижению каталитических частиц таким путем эти каталитические частицы можно поддерживать при аксиальном газовом критерии Пекле от примерно 10 до примерно 20.
