Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способу получения металлов, а именно обычных металлов, платины или золота, из сырьевого материала. В соответствии с изобретением в первой стадии способа сырьевой материал, содержащий металлы, измельчают до образования сверхтонкой пульпы с частицами, имеющими размер d, равный 100 мкм или менее. Во второй стадии способа согласно изобретению пульпу сверхтонкого помола из первой стадии насыщают кислородом путем многократного пропускания ее через встроенное стационарное окислительное устройство (30) и рециркулируют ее в резервуар (28) или любой другой резервуар. В результате способ согласно изобретению значительно уменьшает время, требуемое на выщелачивание, повышает процент извлечения металлов, сокращает потребление цианида, обеспечивает более стабильную остаточную фракцию золота и снижает капитальные и эксплуатационные затраты.
