Abstract
Предложен буровой раствор на водной основе для применения при бурении, цементировании, капитальном ремонте, гидроразрыве и ликвидации подземных скважин, проходящих через подземный пласт, содержащий сланец, который набухает в присутствии воды. В одном из типичных вариантов осуществления буровой раствор содержит непрерывную водную фазу, утяжелитель бурового раствора и агент, ингибирующий гидратацию сланца. Агент, ингибирующий гидратацию сланца, должен иметь общую формулу (I), в которой заместители R и R' независимо друг от друга выбраны из атома водорода, метила, этила или пропила, и Х принимает целые значения от 1 до 6. Агент, ингибирующий гидратацию сланца, присутствует в достаточной концентрации, чтобы значительно уменьшить набухание сланцевого бурового шлама при контакте с буровым раствором. Буровой раствор может быть приготовлен так, чтобы он содержал широкий спектр обычных компонентов буровых растворов на водной основе, таких как утяжелители бурового раствора, понизители фильтрации бурового раствора, суспендирующие агенты, модифицирующие вязкость агенты, регулирующие реологические свойства агенты, а также другие соединения и материалы, которые известны специалистам в данной области.
