Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности к прессовочным машинам для промышленности строительных материалов и, кроме того, найдет применение при брикетировании опилок, стружек, кормов, навоза, а также для отжима масла из семян маслосодержащих растений. Прессовочная машина, согласно I варианту изобретения, содержит цилиндрический корпус с камерой прессования, выполненной с окнами загрузки и выгрузки с задвижками, снабженными приводами, и встречно направленными к центральной оси поршнями, установленными в направляющих и связанными посредством рычага с приводом. Рычаг выполнен в виде соосно установленного с корпусом кольца, охватывающего последний. Поршни и направляющие поршней дополнительно снабжены сменными вставками, причем на пересечении граней вставок направляющих поршней выполнены вертикальные фаски, обращенные в сторону прессуемого изделия. Задвижка загрузочного окна дополнительно снабжена подвижной вставкой, которая установлена на подпружиненных центрирующих болтах. На нижней поверхности вставки по периметру выполнены проточки для образования фасок на верхней поверхности изделия. Задвижка окна выгрузки выполнена в виде выталкивателя, снабженного сменной вставкой, на верхней поверхности которой по периметру выполнены проточки для образования фасок на нижней поверхности прессуемого изделия.The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to a pressing machine for the building materials industry and, in addition, will find application in the briquetting of sawdust, shavings, feed, manure, as well as for pressing oil from the seeds of oil-containing plants. The pressing machine according to the first embodiment of the invention comprises a cylindrical body with a pressing chamber, made with loading and unloading windows with valves equipped with actuators, and pistons opposite to the central axis, mounted in guides and connected by means of a lever with a drive. The lever is made in the form of a coaxially mounted with the ring body, covering the latter. Pistons and piston guides are additionally equipped with interchangeable inserts, and at the intersection of the faces of the inserts of the piston guides, vertical chamfers are made facing the pressed product. The latch of the loading window is additionally equipped with a movable insert, which is installed on spring-loaded centering bolts. Grooves are made on the lower surface of the insert along the perimeter to form chamfers on the upper surface of the product. The valve of the unloading window is made in the form of an ejector, equipped with a replaceable insert, on the upper surface of which a groove is made around the perimeter for the formation of chamfers on the lower surface of the product to be pressed.
