Abstract

Способ производства кислорода посредством использования трехступенчатой адсорбционной установки с колебанием давления, где способ используется для разделения азота и кислорода из исходного воздушного потока, продукт может представлять собой кислород или азот, или как тот, так и другой. Способ использует трехступенчатые адсорбционные установки с колебанием давления, которые соединены последовательно. В первой ступени удаляют двуокись углерода, воду и часть азота и концентрируют азот. Во второй ступени азот дополнительно выделяется из поступающего промежуточного газа со стадии адсорбции в адсорбционной башне первой ступени, и кислород концентрируется до желаемой концентрации. В третьей ступени азот и аргон дополнительно разделяются из поступающей обогащенной кислородом газовой смеси из стадии адсорбции в адсорбционной башне второй ступени, и концентрация кислорода повышается до 95% объем или больше. В первой ступени адсорбционные башни проходят стадии, поочередно, в цикле: адсорбции (А), продувки (Р'), эвакуации (VC), противоточного уравнивающего повышения давления газа второй ступени (2ER), повышения давления продувочного газа (R'), конечного повышения давления (FR); во второй ступени адсорбционные башни проходят стадии, поочередно, в цикле адсорбции (А), противоточного уравнивающего снижения давления (BD'), конечного повышения давления (FR); в третьей ступени адсорбционные башни проходят стадии, поочередно, в цикле адсорбции (А), продувки продукта кислорода (Р'), снижения давления продукта кислорода (D), повышения давления продувочного газа (R').
