Abstract
Предлагается способ идентификации состава на основе цемента, содержащего по меньшей мере один неаморфный индикаторный материал. Способ содержит этапы удаления из образца цемента и подобных составляющих, используя сильную кислоту, промывку остатка и необязательно его фильтрацию и сушку. Преимущественно остаток обжигается при повышенной температуре для удаления органических остатков и затем помещается в рентгеновский дифрактометр. Измеряется угол и интенсивность дифракционных лучей, и результаты сравниваются с предварительно полученными данными для определенного индикаторного материала. Индикаторный материал выбирается из группы, включающей тальк, альбит, ортоклаз, хлорид, цеолит, слюду, волластонит, барит, пирофилит, бентонит, серпентин, хромит, боракс и колеманит, которые являются соответствующими материалами для применения в цементных составах благодаря их кристаллической молекулярной структуре и химической инертности, позволяющим проводить рентгеновский дифракционный анализ.
