Abstract
Электрод на анионы супероксида, отличающийся тем, что включает проводящий компонент и наложенную на его поверхность пленку, получающуюся при электролитической полимеризации комплекса тиенилпорифирин металл/аксиальный лиганд; и сенсор для определения концентрации аниона супероксида, включающий таковой. Электрод на анионы супероксида в силу не только превосходных характеристик электрода, снабженного полимерной пленкой металлпорифиринового комплекса, но также за счет наличия аксиального лиганда, может предотвращать отравление каталитическим ядом, таким как пероксид водорода. Таким образом, в любой, in vivo или in vitro, среде этот электрод на анионы супероксида позволяет детектировать анион-радикалы супероксида, не подвергаясь влиянию со стороны каталитического яда, такого как пероксид водорода. Более того, с использованием этого электрода на анион супероксида в комбинации с противоэлектродом или электродом сравнения может быть проведен количественный анализ анионов супероксида. Таким образом, этот электрод на анионы супероксида может найти широкое применение в различных областях.
