Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу полимеризации для производства олефиновых полимеров в петлевом реакторе двумя или более выводами-отстойниками, включающему стадии введения в петлевой реактор одного или более олефиновых реагентов, катализаторов полимеризации и разбавителей и одновременной циркуляции указанных реагентов, катализаторов и разбавителей; полимеризации указанных одного или более олефиновых реагентов с получением суспензии полимера, содержащей по существу жидкий разбавитель и твердые частицы олефинового полимера, причем указанный способ дополнительно включает один или более циклов: (а) обеспечение осаждения указанной суспензии полимера в указанных выводах-отстойниках и (б) последовательная выгрузка указанной осажденной суспензии полимера из указанных двух или более выводов-отстойников реактора, причем совокупное время выгрузки из всех выводов составляет более 50%, предпочтительно более 80% и наиболее предпочтительно более 95% от временного интервала между двумя срабатываниями одного и того же вывода-отстойника.
