Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу полимеризации для получения олефиновых полимеров в петлевом реакторе, включающем операции введения в петлевой реактор одного или более одного олефиновых реагентов, катализаторов полимеризации и разбавителей, и во время циркуляции указанных реагентов, катализаторов и разбавителей, осуществление полимеризации указанных одного или более олефиновых реагентов для получения суспензии полимера, включающей, по существу, жидкий разбавитель и твердые частицы олефинового полимера, при этом указанный способ дополнительно включает один или более одного циклов, включающих: (а) допущение осаждения суспензии полимера в одном или более чем одном осадительных стояках, связанных с указанным реактором, и (б) выгрузку из стояка заданного объема суспензии полимера, по существу, равного объему суспензии полимера, осажденному в указанном стояке со времени его предыдущей разгрузки.
