Abstract
В заявке описан способ извлечения металлов/минералов и обработки отходов, включающий основную стадию разделения, на которой содержащую металл/минерал руду суспендируют в воде и разделяют на обогащенную фракцию и фракцию водных отходов металла/минерала, и стадию осаждения отходов, на которой фракцию водных отходов металла/минерала осаждают в одном или большем количестве осадительных бассейнов с получением слоя уплотненного осадка и надосадочной жидкости; и стадия осаждения отходов включает загрузку водных отходов металла/минерала в осветлитель со взвешенным слоем осадка или другую флокуляционную камеру, в которой отходы металла/минерала разбавляют водой, содержащей флокулянт в более чем одной концентрации, и одна из этих концентраций по меньшей мере в 10 раз выше второй, в ОВО флокуляцию разбавленных водных отходов и осаждение разбавленных и флокулированных водных отходов с получением слоя надосадочной жидкости и поддающегося перекачке насосом уплотненного слоя осадка в осадительном бассейне.
